For Mother’s Day, Mr. MaD made me a DVD with photos of Princess and Baby put to music. Now, Princess loves to watch the DVD over and over again and sing along with the songs.

Her favorite is “Give It Up” by Avalon. It’s from the Avalon album.

She pulls out her toy electric guitar and starts singing.

“Give it up, give it up
Give it up, give it up, oh
Na, na, na, na, na
Na, na, na, na, na
Na, na, na, na, na”
Na, na, na, na, na, na, na, na, na,”

I think we have a budding musician on our hands. I just hope it’s not heavy metal!

I love Avalon. Visiting from the link a thon. Great site! My 5 year old loves to sing and play his keyboard. He will set it on a tune that just plays mostly a beat and then dance. He says he is doing hip hop (which of course he doesn’t even know what it is, just heard that someplace). It’s hilarious!!
